Rates:
$160 per 45 minute session
Insurance:
I do not accept insurance as payment for services. If you wish to be reimbursed for your therapy sessions by your insurance company, I will provide you with the necessary document which you may submit to your insurance company as a request for reimbursement.
Reduced Fee:
A Reduced Fee of $140 per 45 minute session is available for the following:
- Church - referred
- PAL group members
- Teachers
- First Responders & Military
Payment:
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payments.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 12 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
